Acting & Theatre

Acting and musical theater are really important to me. I've participated in multiple productions at the Watertown Children's Theater (WCT) and in high school productions at Cambridge Rindge and Latin (pre-pandemic). Initially, I was strongly against the idea of doing musical theater. When I was 12, I found out my parents signed me up for Broadway Bootcamp at the WCT without me knowing. I was mortified when I found out. They said it's important to try new things, and if I hated it I'd never have to do it again. Well, I fell in love with it. There is nothing like being on stage. It's where I feel the most alive and free. And the camaraderie of being a member of the cast, working long hours to put on a production, is truly special. I'd love to try screen acting on film and television, too.
